First Day of International Business

Today was my first full day of international business. It was interesting. We did a case study involving Dyson vacuums. They were started here in the UK. The theme was globalization. We took a coffee break in the morning session. We broke again for lunch and then after lunch we broke up into our groups. We did team building exercises, building a tower out of printer paper. We got out about 3 p.m.. So it was a short afternoon which was nice because I was exhausted. Tomorrow morning I have my healthcare class and in the afternoon a trip to the Florence Nightingale Museum. I am excited! Will be sure to post pictures.

I went to go listen to music with a group of people from my program at about 7. The music didn't start until 9 so we left and went to the Black Lion which has half of food on Mondays. I ordered the steak sandwich for 3 pounds and it was amazing!! So far all the food has been good. The only odd thing is that you have to pay for refills. Oh and the cider is amazing especially with black current concentrate.
